Managers: In Toyota manager play a very major role in the growth and development because
they manage and design whole work to achieve set goals and objectives effectively. Managers
develop various plans and strategies for accomplishing set target in the certain time period
(Morley, et. al., 2015).
Managers are the person who appraises employees for their performance so that they can
perform allocated task in a proper manner. The manager hires high skilled and qualified
employees for the organisation in order to enhance organisational revenue and sales. In an
organisation, it is a major responsibility of managers to control, design and manage all business
activities (Ramos, 2014).
Leaders: They also very important role in the Toyota by motivating and encouraging employees
through their communication and leadership skills. Leaders encourage employees to work in
same directions to attain objectives and target (Yukl, 2013).
Leaders are those who provide right directions to employees and encourage them to attain the
better result. The major role of leaders is to inspire as well as encourage employees to increase
