founded in 1919 which deals in retail sector. As being human resource intern at TESCO have to
play various roles in recruitment, selection of candidate. It is multinational groceries organisation
serving globally need to evaluate their requirements. The aim of project is to discuss about
various role of leader and function of manager in different situations. It also highlights operation
management and its functions and relationship of leadership and management in business
environment.
