Strength
this type of leadership is usually followed for united cause. here, leader motivate employee by
providing them long term vision.
by sharing common goals, leader work with them easily. so, this leads to reducing employee
turnover (Pandya and Elazary, 2018) .
Weaknesses
basically, this style is not followed as it involves high risk in creating change within
organization.
sometimes, if goals are not achieved then leader take strict action which results in creating a bad
