manner. And appropriate management system supports the company to achieve their goals and

There are several individual who are engaged in the management and operation procedure and
operate their business in an appropriate manner. The main functions and operations of the
company is managed by several individuals of the company which are known as managers and
leaders of the organization (Brown, and Woods, 2017). This report is going to illustrate about
the Tesco organization which is multinational retail organization situated in welwyn garden city
England United Kingdom. The company Tesco has amended management system that supports
the company to operate at multinational level to achieve their goals and objectives. This report is
going to illustrate about the several kinds of leadership theories and different roles and features
of a leader and manager at the organization. Along with this report also illustrate about the

organization. They are the person who is liable for formulating pose in objectives for the
company in order to achieve their goals and objectives. In Tesco organization the managers of
the company's very effective because they formulate a minute strategy for the company in order
to get positive outcomes.
Leaders: Leaders are the person in the organization who are very important for the company in
order to motivate their team members so that they can work effectively and positively in the
company (Heshmat and Eltawil, 2018). In context of Tesco organization the company has
several outlets all over the globe and every branch has several functions in order to perform their
activities and practices so it is very important for the company to have a mandate l leader at the
company. The managers are much liable to give their task to the leader so that they can become
capable to divide their work accordingly in their team members.
