Introduction
Leadership is the process which actually help the companies and individual to grow in
market and influencing nature of the leaders promote to achieve goals. This will be related to
achieve effective things and make successful growth for doing right things at right time. The
leader of the organisation is provide a communicative way and gain the effective support for the
growth of multiple constituencies for the growth of make effective manage. Leadership is the
main way to achieve building relationship and achieve network of influences to analyse the
targets. This report is the reflection on the gain experience and achievement about the leadership
approaches. This will be helpful for managing and growing the need to accompany the success
and make self-determination to achieve the desired targets (Abrunhosa and et.al., 2021). The
chosen company for the project is Aviva. This is British multinational company which help in
providing different insurance facilities to the customer and serve in more than 16 countries. The
company is founded in 2000 and having more than 31000 employees. Its headquartered is in
London, UK. This report is inclined with different leadership approaches that is helpful for
managing and growing the concept to analyse the outcome and achieve the role and complexities
of leadership in managing people while applying leadership and management theories.
Main Body
Experience of leadership
When it comes to the gaining experience, I have gain the experience for a leader in Aviva
general insurance company for more than 1 year. This is the company which actually serve the
general insurance for their customer and here the most of the employees are needed to be work in
right guidance. I have experience the different sectors in the leadership approaches which are
helpful for gaining my knowledge and make effective experience for the growth of the company.
This will be helpful for me to analyse objectivity to provide suitable experience and knowledge
by different roles (Adame and et.al., 2021). When I start m career in Aviva, I face different
issues and challenges for mentoring the new team member and manage with them as per their
and company's culture. With the help of effective skills and knowledge of leadership skills, I
have gained profitability in the supervising the team members in an effective ways. I enjoy the
role of leadership and their success for the growth of project members.

Another example is related to achieve effective growth and complete a large project
which is related to the insurance of a big warehousing company. This will make me more
delegation, effective approaches and motivation in the growth (Shiraev and et.al., 2021). All of
these experience are related to achieve effective targets to make approaches for addressing
management ability in the successive nature. With the help of effective skills and leadership
theories I have gain knowledge and success in the adoptive nature to complete the objective of
the company and work.
Leadership theories and concepts
Leadership is the ability which are related to make effective growth and make abilities to
manage the growth and success of the company or individual in order to influence followers to
make appropriate members style. For the success of the team members, this is related to achieve
concepts and make communities to run smoothly. Some of the theories are related to:
Great Man theory: As per this theory, it is said that the leaders are just born with the
right skills and abilities. They have the ability to make their own charisma, intellect,
social skills and growth in the major sectors. All is basically helpful for considering the
right approach in the leadership theory and analyse that the best leader is just born and
not made (Anastasiou and Garametsi, 2021). With the help of great man theory, it is
considered that leadership is the approach which are helpful for considering growth for
analysing position and make changes.
Trait theory: This is the theory which is very much familiar with great man theory. This
is the theory which is related to be one characteristics on different forms of leaders. This
theory is helpful for the leaders to make actions for considering approaches to manage the
growth and achieve suitable time with having different perspectives and changes. This
will be related to make systematic growth and make effective to work and major changes
to analyse different aspect and make nature to work and make systematic growth in
addressing different issues.
Contingency theory: This is related to different variables in an effective specified
sources to determine the major challenges and make effective solution for the specified
situation (Chandler, 2021). This theory also indicate that one theory is not applicable for
all the type of leaders as all is related to achieve behavioural aspect, needs, context and
management behaviour. This theory suggest that a good leader is not able to make

effective approaches but it will be related to make right quality and perspective for
evaluate the changes and make situational leadership approaches. Further, this theory
suggest that a good leader is the combination of various variables and style.
Situational theory: This theory is basically similar to the contingency theory, as this
theory mainly focus on the concept that no one leadership style make powerful
approaches on other style. Leaders should be related to make correspond the leadership
approaches and choose from task, nature and different situational concepts. As per the the
Paul heresy, situational theory is blend on different leadership style and maturity levels.
Behavioural theory: This theory is specifically work on the behavioural concepts and
make actions in the leaders approaches to work and consider the traits for the growth of
the team members. It will be helpful for the growth and success of the leaders approaches
and make smooth function in the organisation (Garİpağaoğlu and Güloğlu, 2021).
These are the theory traits which are understand make effective growth in the leadership
approaches. That is helpful for considering right approach to make leadership theory. All is
basically related to achieve effective standard and make systematic growth in considering right
leadership approach in an authenticate manner.
Leadership style
There are different leadership style which are used and analyse by the leader to manage
the growth and work as per the progressive need to analyse marketing aspects. This will be
related to different leadership styles. Some of them are:
Authoritarian Leadership: This is the style which allow the leader to impose
expectation and manage the effective outcome (Spina and Spina, 2021). With the help of
efficient changes and time considering approaches the company and their leader are able
to work on creativity and allow them to work on the effective style and leadership
approaches.
Participative Leadership: This is the type of approach which help in increasing
motivation as the employees are able to participate in their decision making process. This
will lead to make creativity, and make productivity to manage sources. This theory is
helpful for gain and make effective approach for participating the leadership success and
achieve the sentiments which are helpful for the leader to make effective involvement of
the other employees.

Delegative leadership: this will be related to make effective growth and make a deep
focus on delegating initiative changes and make effective team members. This will lead
to make successful leadership approaches and make progressive growth for leading and
make poor motivational approaches (Ho, Shaari and Kang, 2021). Here, the main
problem is to not having properly demand and make creative approaches for addressing
growth for change.
Transactional leadership: This is related to make a relationship of a leader and their
follower for rewards, punishment and make other exchange for effective adoptive
technology (Matear, 2021). This is basically helpful for creating specific change, time
bound goals, and effective growth to analyse the perspective. It will be related to achieve
minimize the confusion for the growth of the command.
Transformational Leadership: This is the type of leadership which are related to
achieve and inspire the leader and make effective follower for the growth and vision to
make encouraging effective motivational leads. This will be helpful for high value of
relationship to assign the task and make systematic growth over the period of time. This
is the best way and approach for using leadership theory as the company and their leader
are able to work in the most effective circumstances and environmental aspects.
Reflection on leadership style
After completing the overall objective and growth there are different perspective for
analysing the objective and make suitable growth for the concepts of leadership theories. With
the help of above analysis, the company make suitable changes and make adoptive growth in my
company. Aviva use the effective management style which are helpful for considering
approaches and make reading module. Here, the company use transformational leadership style
which are related to achieve growth and progress in the company's success and achievement
plan. This will be helpful for make sure to lower the employee turnover rate, their progressive
value on corporation changes (Jovanović, Jovčić and Stojanović-Jovanović, 2021). Further, the
company is basically related to motivate the growth and work on the different approaches to
make leadership growth. Disadvantages to make leaders and deceive leadership progress in the
company. I have been used this leadership approach for the growth and make effective approach
to make sure for considering seasonal sector and make appropriate growth in considering major
changes for lead the group in an effective manner. Further, with the help of appropriate academic

level, I analyse the use the contingency approaches for analysing the progress and make effective
growth in determine the nature and make appropriate success in the leadership style.
All of these are helpful for me to complete and make effective approaches to learn and
make effective leadership theory. This will be helpful for considering approaches and make
sustainable changes to work and make systematic growth in addressing effective targets and
make appropriate changes for leadership and transformational approaches in the deviation of the
protocol. I have use and enjoy the concepts of leadership approaches to work and make growth
in addressing success in the future activities. All is related to the progress and make effective
change in the adoptive nature and analyse as per the growth and make successive nature in the
support of my development. With the help of these growth and success in leadership
management for the success in the adoptive techniques (Kwatubana, 2021). There are the need
which are related to different leadership approaches and make progressive approaches to work
and make systematic changes in the development.
Conclusion
From the above report, this is concluded that the company and their management team
should be helpful for considering the right approach and helpful for make effective growth in the
activities. With the help of appropriate changes and adoptive facilities in the leadership style help
the individual to work and make progressive support for considering effective changes and make
appropriate analysis for getting the effective success in the activities. With the help of this report,
I have analyse the use and role of the leader in an organisation and understand the value of
academic writing which are appropriate and successive.
