On given assignment, it is analysed that operation management is determined as an area
which determines controlling, designing as well as improvement of functions related to
production. Herein, the focus is on redesigning activity that is linked with development of goods
and services. In assistance of this, there is a difference among role of manager and leader and
also there are various approaches is also explained in this report that help in enhancing level of
profitability and imposes direct effect on decision which taken by leader during particular phase
of time period.
