INTRODUCTION
In every organisation working with people is consider as most important tool in the
working operation of business. Leaders and manager use their innovative tools and techniques
that motivate employees in achieving their daily targets in appropriate manner. In today dynamic
environment changes are coming in very fast speed so in order to beat all the challenges of
external rivalry organisation strategic level put an effort for active participation of employees so
that rational decision making is possible. Under this assignment the company which is pre-freed
I.e. United parcel services which is UK based parcel company that delivered various goods at
national and international countries that enhance their sales and productivity. Further project
discuss about role of leadership styles, method which were used in recruitment selection process,
responsibility for managing activity and ways through which organisation can achieve their
organisation objectives. UPS need to adopt such strategic practices and procedures that help in
reviewing the overall performance of workforces(Terkel ,2011).

Recruitment:- It means selecting from the pool of candidates the best applicant which is
fit for filling the vacant job position and easily accomplish all the task easily so that organisation
get the better outcomes can be possible. On the basis of selection process manager of HR
department has to select the best person from available choices that's why this method as their
