INTRODUCTION
Leadership, a process which guides the individual, influence the behavior of workers,
motive them to work with full efficiency and complete the task on time. Management is
a process which defines the goals and objective of business.
Management ensures that all the workers perform their work together accomplish the
task with optimum utilisation of resources.. Present study is based on Wa-Pila hotel. It
situated in London. This hotel provide various luxury services.
This report will covers the various classical management theories. Further it will also
include the roles of leader and his leadership style. This report will provide the review
of management and leadership style of Wa-Pila hotel.

Different classical management theory
Classical management theory :- this theory is mainly focuses on the economic and
physical needs of the workers. There are various classical theories- scientific
management theory, administrative theory, behavioral and contingency theory.
ADMINISTRATIVE THEORY :- in 1916 Henry Fayol developed this theory. It
emphasis on management functions. This helps to form the hierarchical administrative
structure in the organization with the help of planning, controlling, directing to
employees. According to this, work should be divided into different department

leadership style and management theory which are used by the companies and Wa-Pila
hotels uses the Democratic style and Participative management style as it is the best for
them as both centers the employee in the style and organisation is having good man
