INTRODUCTION
Operation and management is define as a business area which is related for design
together with help of controlling process of manufacturing, production and redesigning the
whole operation of organisation. In this, raw materials are converted in finished products by
having proper management of activities and tasks which helps in creating values for end users

Manager: These individuals of organisation play different functions that helps them in
better management and growth of the company. manager have control over the all the activities
and administration of the company so that they can ensure better growth and achievement of
aims of respective organisation. In the context of Walmart, manager of the company ensure that
