as a crucial aspect within the company because it help to make sure that all the activities of
workers perform towards the attainment of common goals without any kind of disarray. Thus, it
is stated that both are play a crucial role in business organisation as it support them in sustaining
in market place for longer period of time. For conducting this part, literature review will be
conducted by researcher that help in addressing the research objectives in detailed way. With the
help of this section, investigator can easily identify the research gap present in the current
research.

place. In this context, leadership is a process through which a leader can influence their followers

of organisational members through which they are ready or prepared to take new responsibilities
and challenges. On the other hand, when we talk about role of management in business is refers

enhance their productivity level at working area. In relation to this, manager is also play a
significant role in development, maintenance and allocation of all the necessary resources that
assist in attaining predetermining organisational goals. As both, leadership and management help
company in making worker force more productive and efficient so that they perform well and
also accomplish their targets to attains sustainability within the market place. For better
understanding, there are some role of leadership and management within the business
organisation are as follows:
Role of leadership: It is refers to the process that used to lead or inspires workers for
accomplishing specified goals and objectives in an effective way. In this, some roles are there
