and Spencer is selected. It is located in Westminster, London. This leading firm is specialist in
selling high quality food products, clothing and home product. It was founded in the year 1884
by Michael marks and Thomas Spencer. This report covers, role of manger and leader as well as
differences between management and leadership. Deep analysis is done regarding how chaos
theory and management by objective support growth and sustainable performance. Evaluation of
