Operation management function of an organisation that deals in conversion of raw
materials into final goods. Managing all the operations along with controlling cost and proper

present assignment, chosen organisation is Marks & Spencer which is a popular British
multinational retailer of London. The report includes characteristics and roles of manager and
leader as well as application of their roles and functions. Apart from this, application of different
leadership theories within firm is defined in this project.
