INTRODUCTION
The present report will discuss about leadership and mentorship that is needed by an individual
in order to accomplish personnel goals in limited frame of time. Along with this, there report
will discuss on reflection about leadership skill that is needed by an individual.
Part A
Leadership and personality
1. 1. Leadership can be defining as an ability of an individual for guiding people so that it
can achieve their task effectively and in limited fed frame of time. Along with this, for
finding my personality trait I have taken n participation in survey of 16 personalities.
During the survey I have been asked various question related to personality trait and
various situation I will react at. Moreover, the result of survey was suspected from me as
I have given true answer to each question (Hartley, 2018). In addition to this, I have
found that that my personality trait is adventurer which means a person that possess
introverted, observant, feelings and prospecting personality traits. Such individual has
open mind, approaching life and have new experience. Furthermore, I have also
identified that I have introvert nature and inn order to overcome it I have to follow
confident individualism in order to improve my personality.
2. Yes, the result survey does determine the reality of past experience of leader as I have all
these traits in my personality (Gandalf and Stone, 2018). Along with this, earlier I was an
introvert leader and do not like to communicate more with subordinate and because of

3. My personality traits have played important role in influencing leadership personality.
Along with this, my personality traits are assertive that has helped me in organizing
things and deal with various hard situation easily. In addition to this, my energy has
helped in doing things effectively and it has also contributed in motivating employees
while working. In addition to this, my tactics are good decision making that has helped
me in identifying right solution at bad situation ((Saturate and Bekimbetova, 2021)). DE
scion making skill has contributed in achieving my goals in limited farm of time.
Furthermore, my good nature has contributed in developing healthy relation with others.
4. Yes, the combination of my personality traits and skill can influence business
performance. Every leader need to possess skill such as good communication, decision
making and relationship making Skill. All these are necessary for developing good leader
for the organization that will contributed in increasing performance of the company. In
addition to this, if leader has good communication abilities then it can easily
communicate right thoughts to its subordinates (Of, 2018). That results in align
organizational goals with employs objectives.
Part B
Initial interview round will involve one-to-one personal interview with suitable candidate
in the interview round. The interview will consider various and different questions about the
ability and role company will offer to the candidate as a part of interview activity. Questions will
be asked about the ability and the assigned role that the candidate will have to handle will be
viewed in the interview process. On the basis of the responses provided by the candidate the
selection will channel in interview. Initial interview will be segregated into different parts one is
group discussion and the other one is personal interview round. All these stages allow the
interviewer to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the candidate.
Meeting will conduct over the electronic platform. Online meeting will be arranged and
conduct by the mentor. The meeting will discuss over the assigned job role along with the
responsibilities that will allocate to the employee and candidate. In person meeting will contain
all the aspects and facts elated to the role and responsibilities employee will have to adjust in the
operations along with the authority that will allocate to the employee (Clark, Jennings and
to develop communication skill so that I can communicate right things to employees.
