My top values include companionship, supportiveness, desire, and responsibility
towards the work. By companionship, it means being friendly with others so that one can
easily approach any help (Smith, 2014). Supportiveness means giving everyone equal
opportunity to work and to help each other in times of need or stressful situations. Desire in
the context of work means the urge to work hard on a topic and to be responsible enough to
deliver the work on time.
When my values are in tension, being ambitious enough is the key to fulfill the goals
with pleasure and not with frustration or disgust. Accepting the flaws and dealing with them
with pleasure is the key to a hustle free work.

The primary leadership goal that I must follow is taking up responsibility for the work
that has been assigned and not only that to take up the responsibility for its failure as well as
the success. Noble Leadership qualities include making full use of human resources and
objective conditions within the jurisdiction to accomplish what is needed at minimal cost and
to improve the efficiency of the entire organization. The chief ethical reputation that I follow
is by being trustworthy, reliable and sincere so that the people around me or the people
working with me can depend upon the leader for situations that they cannot handle
themselves.

I believe that the prime way to stick to the ethical reputation is by possessing the

reputation is not at all hard to maintain if anyone follows these four criteria to achieve a
proper leadership goal. Leadership comes from within and it cannot be imposed upon
someone to be a good leader. Possession of qualities such as forgiveness and honesty will
bring out a good leader within that person (Price, 2014). The goal will be maximizing the use
of human force ethically and morally. Being a good leader not only means the completion of
the task and the utilization of human force but, it also means a proper way of conduct and a
sense of taking up responsibility in order to fulfill them.

The four primary principles guiding my moral compass include forgiveness, kindness,
fairness and the sense of responsibility in order to fulfill them. A good leader possesses all
these qualities. The full utilization of the human force should be done in a fair way that is
morally and ethically right (Echeñique, 2015) . Forgiveness and kindness in one’s
characteristics are vital. Being kind and forgiven will ensure a sense of trust among the
coordinators who are working together. Using kindness to deal with a person is the key to
become a good leader so that a person becomes approachable enough for that person to share
his/her corporate tensions.
Hence, the moral compass activity helps me bring out the excellent leadership
qualities from within by using good virtues.
