inspiration. Motivation is the key factor and traits of a leaders which needs to be perform within
an organisation. Without motivation, employees could feel less directed towards their path and
targets or will loose potential of working. Therefore, this report is going to be on case study of
Tesco, first started in year 1919 and still continuing its operations on global level. It deals in
grocery and consumer goods and provide all varieties of product under one roof. Motivation and
leadership is also an integrated part of Tesco through which they aims in achieve high profits.
The research will be present with proper use of methodologies and resources in order to clearly
identify the aims and objectives.
