The topic that has been chosen for this presentation is the motivation and empowerment
among the team members in the project leadership. This has been one of the most significant
aspects for the matters of the project leadership. It has been seen that we are having many
problems in maintaining our teams properly because they feel they do not have the enough
motivation to complete their works on time.
We have also noticed the fact that the senior management is not that much concerned
about this matter. The key issues have been identified that have been making serious problems. I
personally have identified the issue that the employees do not belong to the same culture as the
other people. I have got some information about the matter that some of the employees have
been insulted by some of their seniors regarding the cultural conflicts and it has been a very
menacing situation for them as well. We have been trying our best to mitigate these issues but we
are not able to get rid of these situations properly. We require the utmost help of the senior
management so we can arrive to a proper conclusion indeed.
It is very important for the employees to stay motivated so they can perform at their best.
This is the thing that should drive them to achieve the best in the organizations. I feel that I have
to motivate the employees more so they can understand the requirements of the organization in
the best ways. I know that all the employees do not acquire the same skills or knowledge
regarding their jobs. I believe this should not lay any impact on the performance of the
employees. This is why the employees should be work hard and achieve their goals.
I believe that I should have the proper leadership qualities so I can be able to motivate my
employees properly. I should develop the decision making skills within the employees so they
can be able to take the right decisions at the right times. I always follow the democratic

leadership style in which I assist my team to speak up about whatever they want. I have to find
out all the causes that disturb the minds of the employees and suggest them the best ways on how
they can improve their performance. I should arrange for the best ways to give them the
important training. These are the probable ways on how the employee performance can be made
better.
I always try to motivate the employees in the best ways so they can regain their
confidence within themselves. As I have to motivate the individuals completely I follow some
strategies. These strategies help to bring the best out of those employees. I have noticed that
some of the employees are most times not satisfied with the kind of work that they do. This is
why I have to keep an eye over all the facts that would be done in the context of providing
motivation to the employees.
I have told them that they need to be committed to their work and this will always keep
them working and take the best moves to win the game in the competitive business environment.
I have understood that a good amount of cultural diversity exists in my workforce and my job is
to accumulate them within my working territory in harmony. These issues are very important in
this context indeed. I have worked hard to bring in a kind of fellow feeling in my employees that
would drive them to perform at their best.
