society tony Jackson completed their apprenticeship scheme but left after two year as
there no permanent position available after some time rapid growth in the business so the
Jackson applied and got the job.
In the organization Jane Taylor had been at the branch for four years as cashier and
mortgage advance, the branch manager of the Thomas valley building society give order
to Jane Taylor to see the Tony Jackson. When the Jackson rejoin so after that Jane got the
new position as senior branch manager, roughly two month later there are some issue
arise between the Jane and Jackson there have a clash of personality also there have no
coordination between them.

leader play a vital role. It socially influences the team member and by that increases the
team efforts through that organization achieve the goal.
In this case study there have a leadership issue Jane Taylor is the assistant
manager in the organization and tony Jackson newly joined the office.
