technology the pressure on management to manage and
organise the work force has raised. It is important that
managers identify the common solutions to all the
problems that arise and minimise disturbance in order to
develop a good working atmosphere. Concept of
organisation behaviour and management of people will be
discussed in the given presentation.
The way to survive in the present competitive
business scenario is having a leader who can
manage to lead the work force in every situation.
Resistance to change is very common in the
organizations. Leader by using different styles can
ensure modifications and alterations in the present
working.
Leadership that gets results – Under this type of
leadership style leaders ensure that they help
organization in achieve the desired results in any
way.
Situational leadership – According to this theory
leader need to change their style as per the demand
of situation. For same whenever any change is
observed leaders should take efforts to manage same
in work place.
Introduction
Motivation is a process through which management can
get the work done in the same manner as expected from
the employees. It has its great importance in the present
business world as it helps in understanding the behavior
of different individuals working under the same roof.
There are different theories of the same among which the
most common one is Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs.

Change is a part of any business. With the
expansion of scale and demand in market it
becomes important that new code of conducts is
adopted. Management finds difficulty in the same
due to resistance shown by the present employees.
In this situation administration needs to understand
the importance of managing change which is
possible through motivating the work force and
developing team work as it makes work more easy
and less stressful. Lewin’s change management
model is one of the most effective mode to manage
the alterations at work place. Under this model the
