Laissez-faire: In this style, leader hand off its workers
and give them chance to make the decision about the

Promoting worker: The motivation of employees can also
be enhanced by giving them high roles and responsibilities.
The organizational structure is basically being classified
under the two headings:
FLAT: which possess very few levels of management; so managers
enjoys wide span of control. This structure is effective as it enables
fast and clear communication between the managers who works
within firm.
TALL: entails many levels and is effective as it clearly defines the
roles and responsiblities which need to be abide by the workers.
However, the decision making capbility of manager gets slow as
while taking any decision, manager has to get approval from higher
authorities.
Motivation: is a process through which the
enthusiasm of workers can be enhanced; as a result
they effectively contribute towards the goals and
