In this case new job scenario of Susan Taylor is described. Susan went for an interview
nine months ago at an organisation she wanted to work for. She was soon fed up by her
new job due to culture of the organisation. There were no modes for motivation at her
new employers. Her colleagues were not professional enough. The senior executives at
company did not had respect in eyes of their subordinates. In the older organisation where
Susan used to work as a production controller she was respected by her juniors as well as
subordinates. The scenario was not the same with her new job.
