There are certain key concepts covered in this week.
The major concept that has been illustrated in this week is the new ideas of motivation. In
association with the motivating factors and tools, different models have been succinctly
discussed. In relation with the motivating factors, an effective leadership quality has been taken
into account. It pertained to the freedom of people, setting of clear objectives and provision of
time and resources. It has been conceptualized that a circular model of communication can be
devised to strengthen and empower the employees.

My belief on how these notions and learning points can develop a leaders’ performance
are:
The leader’s presentation can be improved through effective implementation of
communication process. Through strategizing interpersonal communication skill a leader ought
to be developing basic understanding of the process.

attainment this week
In terms of my own understanding of the leadership quality and parameters, I would like to state
that as a leader I would focus on the self development program that would be channelized
through interpersonal communication. This would grow the confidence level of the individual
workers and also empower the cognitive performance of them.
I need to follow up on these leadership concepts and areas to improve gasp of the subjects
that has been effected from this week’s study
