b. This song basically highlights the qualities a leader should possess. The essence of the song
is to guide leaders on how to rule better and take the team along with. In the very beginning
it reminds the leader that he is the one in charge and it has to be him who has to start the
hustle and bring out success.
The leader has to set the priorities as work first and then play. The leader should be self-
motivated enough so that he focuses on winning rather than feeling insecure about the
consequences. This has to be processed every day regardless of the numerous barriers one
faces in an organization.
Further the song moves on and tells the leader to focus on team work. He should trust his
team and motivate them to give their best and there is no such thing they cannot do.
Positivity is something which always works. The lyrics ahead make the leader recall that it
is his responsibility to use the knowledge to the best and held himself accountable for the
results.
Moving on the song reminds what it takes to be a leader. A good leader must seek to
understand first his team, their ideas and psychology because if he understands his
audience, communication will be more efficient. It is the golden rule that to become a good

leader must create balance and follow the 7 HABITS which can bring out the best results.

so well. It includes all the important 7 Habits a leader must recognize and practice in real
life. However there is one weakness of the song identified is that at certain point it is
pressurizing the leader as he has to make sure of so many things and keeping balance in
team having heterogeneous mind sets is difficult to be done as easily said.
Although the song synergizes the leader to go through the entire process and bring expertise
on the table.

Although the dominant song of the organization is good enough to motivate the employees and
boost team work, but from the writer’s reflection it can make the employees relaxed which can
lead to unwillingness to work and lethargic as hustle is required to achieve something.
Steadiness is just one step back from being broke; therefore some kind of hustle and bustle along
with competiveness is required to speed up the productivity.
