The gender wage gap or gender pay gap is an
average difference between the remuneration for
women and man who are working. At workplace,
women are broadly considered to be paid very less
than men. This gender pay gap may be an issue or
problem from the public perspective as it reduce the

From the above PPT, it is concluded that gender pay gap is an unethical practices
within organisation as in this women get less salary as compared to the male staff.
Once female should adopt the negation theory so that they can put their vies
regarding this issues. By this, they can come up with the new ideas and ask the
employer to pay equal salary or wages. But something female face various issues
or challenges when negotiation regarding their salary. In this situation they should
