understanding on the implementation the step up or the step-down styles of leadership within the
organization in order to build proper relationships among the organizational employees.

operations of the company. The statement quoted by Jackson discusses that the aims of the
person should always be higher in order to establish oneself in life in a better manner. The best
way of progression, according to Jackson, is to implement a process of self-betterment within the
given organization (Bryant, 2016). The self-betterment within the given organization tends to
deal with the issues that are faced by the concerned person. The person can thus be stated to have
