along with the students. Those faculties are not connect with the new innovations or technologies
they have opportunity to explore in the new world to get habitual towards the technology. In the

advantage of online learning work from anywhere at any time, this is biggest advantage for
students about online learning along with many responsibilities to balance. As of now everything
is available online, including the courses, class materials, and submit the assignment is very easy.
Review and feedback of lecture immediately, in this process, many online programs and students
directly interact with the faculty. Students can give the feed back or review with the help of
audio, video clip or text message immediately. Less, intimidating many students are not able to
speaking in public, they feel uncomfortable but in online atmosphere it can easy to share ideas,
thoughts, views and perception. As see now there are around 73 percent people who sacred from
public speaking and they face anxiety attacks due to lack of communication. But online
education gives the better options for participation in the class. Students have more time to thing
before say anything, in this method online education place has a discussion component to it, at
some point they speak before fully examined from everything. In online atmosphere students are
willing to give more time according to its suitability and sharpen there own perceptions and
views(Panigrahi, Srivastava and Sharma, 2018). This thing directs towards the higher confidence
and more interesting discussions. Focus on ideas, around 92 percent communication is non
verbal, in online platform students don't worry about their gestures and postures but body
language matters a lot doesn't matter students have good in communication it can effect
sometime. Academics it all about ideas, and online learning identifying the judgements that can
be gloom coherent discussions. It enhance the group discussion and flexible learning timetable to
encourage push towards the diversification. It also gives the impact the on cost students have
expenses to go one place to another place but in online sessions they have to take class anywhere
according to its suitability. It saves the cost also(Aldholay and et. al., 2018).

learning platform makes a higher stardom which effects students along with the free lancers.
People have there space to recover the things, they have excellent opportunity to build the new
things for themselves. This thing will gives higher advantage to the corporation industry because
now students have lot of competition and compete with others. Students takes lot of advantage
from online learning, they work on the incomplete things which major is communication skills,
leadership skills, how to deal with the situations. What is better option to get rid from situations .
And students also get smart in terms technologies and uses of applications. Which give the better
outcomes towards the excellence. This thing depend upon the situation and suitability of the
students how can they accept the things how will they manage. It gives higher chance to
improves the things and adopt the new variations. But some students takes the negative part this
online session which impact on future. According to situation they have to mould themselves.
