 Management is all about getting work done from others by
establishing proper coordination among different activities of a
business so as to achieve organisational goals on specified time
period.
 Operation refers to the process of conversion of raw materials into
finished goods and services taking into consideration that
production is carried out by incurring minimum of cost which
should result in increase in efficiency of production process.

There are different approaches of operation management which can be
utilised by Procter and gamble organisation and under each
approach leader and manger both plays an important role. Some of
