Financial Management means designing, managing, guiding and controlling the fiscal
activities such as acquisition and utilization of finances of the enterprise. The major
objectives of financial manager of the MBA design partnership company are stated below:
To ensure day-to-day and satisfactory supply of funds to the concern.
To ensure competent returns to the stockholder which will depend upon the earning
capability, market price of the stock, demand of the shareholders.
To assure optimum funds utilization. Once the funds are secure, they should be used in

To ensure safety on assets, i.e, finances should be endowed in safe project so that
satisfactory rate of return can be achieved.

the leading human activity of financial management. Financial management assure regular and
competent supply of funds by distinguishing sources of funds and supplying them at the lowest
cost. After the funds are syndicated, the next objective is to prudently expend them in different
possession for profitability, liquidity and safety.
For the finance function to be impressive in rendering strategic business enterprise leadership it
is necessary for leadership to be given by both the finance manager and the chief decision maker.
Strategic finance managers must adopt a impulsive rather than a active approach towards
financial leadership. Leaders of the finance function should always be at the most superior level
of the governing body, as business partners.

Theories of Leadership
There are different theories of leadership which helps to improve performance of an
organisation and to inform decision making process. Explanation of these are as follows:-
Great man Theory- This theory assume that great leaders are born, not made. They have
different qualities such as confidence, social and communication skills, intelligence and
attractiveness etc. according to this theory, leaders get leadership skills by born, they are not
learn form the things and environment. It suggest that people cannot learn that how to become a
successful leader. Leadership is a skill which come from the birth of a leader.
Trait Theory- Similar This theory is similar to great man theory. It assumes that there are
some qualities which are linked with a great leader. Trait theory identify the specific behaviour
and personality that is suited with the better leadership. Leaders of MBA Design Partnership
have some qualities like courage, self confidence etc. which helps in improving effective
performance of a firm and better decision making process because leaders are extroversion and

of business are run effectively and smoothly in the organisation. MBA design partnership
