Management and operations means planning business operation to be done in specified
manner. Management and operations helps to perform business operations in systematic and
synchronize manner. In business organisation, there are various departments such as production,
finance, human resources, etc. which collectively works to achieve targets. So management and

Motivation- leader plays important role in motivating employees. They make policies
through which employees gets engage in new and innovative ideas. This helps employees to get
feeling of motivated and hence business operations can be done in effective way.
