Management and operation is the process of planning, organizing, controlling,
redesigning and supervising the production process which helps to business for achieve the
objective in order to increase the profitability of the company. Its helps to increase the

person who take responsibility of managing the resources, people, plat, machinery in the
organization which helps to increase the production of the company. Manager can manage all
the operations regarding the process of production, employees training, reduce conflicts, increase
profitability. They control the organization and group of people. Manager have authority to
