Transformational style of leadership style is required in order to develop a robust leadership that
helps in contributing to the growing of the health care organization.
It is the style of leadership in which the leader tends to work with the team in order to
identify the change that is actually required by the creation of the vision which will help in
guiding the change through the inspiration and through the execution of the change in the tandem
with that of the committed members in the group (Parker & Welch 2013). This style of
leadership is an integral part of the full range of the leadership model.
A. The term leadership can be defined as the skill which is being possessed by an individual
or an organization in order to lead or guide the other individuals, teams or the full
company or the organizations towards the main goal of the success. According to the
definition that is being provided by the U.S academic environment, leadership is being
considered as the social guidance in which a person tends to solicit the aid and even the
support of the others in the achievement of the common set of goals (Salehzadeh, 2017).
B. Leadership as well as the management of the professionals of the health care is very
significant for the purpose of strengthening the quality as well as the incorporation of the
care. May forms of leadership style are being identified and being utilized in the health
care , out of which the six different styles of the leadership tends to be the most
commonly used one which are as follows - transformational style of leadership,
transactional form of leadership, autocratic form of leadership, laissez-fair style of
leadership task oriented form of the leadership and the relationship oriented type of the
leadership (Krause, 2015).

C. Transformational style of leadership is the style of leadership in which the leaders tends
to motivate, encourage, inspire and encourage the employees in order to create a change
that will be beneficial in growing and shaping the success. On the other hand, the
transactional style of leadership is the leadership which tends to promote the compliance
by the followers through the system of the punishments and the gifts (Bauman, 2013).
However, it is to be noted that the autocratic style of leadership is the leadership in which
the individual tends to take all the decisions by themselves and takes very little input
from the members of the group. The laissez-Faire leadership is in contrast to the
autocratic form of leadership. In this type of leadership, importance is given to the
members of the group. Task orientated leadership tends to focus on achieving its goals.
They ensure that all the members of the team remains focused. The main purpose of the
relationship oriented leaders is to support, motivate and even develop the individuals as
well as the team.

The role of the operational manager is to see through the duties of the HR such as attracting new
talents, forming new standards of training. The function of the operational manager is also to
analyze and enhance the process of the organization (Huang & Feeney, 2016).
A. The decision support system is the system based on the software and is interactive in
nature. The main purpose of the software is to help the managers in the making of their
decisions by being able to access huge volumes of the data that is generated from
information system which is being involved in the business process of the organization.

B. It is the role of the manger to ensure that all the employees who are there in the
organization are able to communicate with one another as well as with the management.
This tends to include the establishment of the specific channels of communication,
managing the expected utilization of the tools of the communication and troubleshooting
when the issues in the communication tends to arise. However, the computers,
equipment’s of the networking, mobile devices, storage media and various other
components of the IT must be managed in order to protect the information.
C. Technology tends to play a very significant role as it helps to develop the accuracy of the
planning in the management by giving the managers the information’s that they require to
make the accurate decisions. Technology tends to gather the information’s from various
number of external as well as internal sources and stores them in the warehouse of the
data and thereby provides the manger’s with the accessibility through that of the network.
Question 3
The SAS system is the software that can be put into place in order to limit the likelihood of
being able to commit fraud.
A. The efficiency of the decision support system is that it helps the human beings in solving
the problems more proficiently. It also helps the managers to make better decisions
related to that of the organization.
B. Cyxtera is the technology software that tends to add value to the anti- fraud system. It
helps in examining the real- time transaction it helps to address the fraud in the online as
well as in the mobile (Halbouni, Obeid & Garbou, 2016).
