INTRODUCTION
Operation and management is management approach that focuses upon production,
distribution and allocation of goods and services in organisation. It supervises or inspects works
and proceedings in which organisation has responsibility to complete with effectively and
efficiently in way to achieve business objectives and attain brand value in market. Operation
management has also focused on improving production efficiency and remove errors while
production or manufacturing of goods and services in organisation (Boyd and Dougherty, 2016).
In this report chosen organisation is Google which is a well known multinational search engine.
Except that it deals in several other products such as online advertising, cloud computing and
software and hardware worldwide. Its headquarter is in California, USA. This report study about
roles and responsibilities in organisation while launch a new product and services in
organisation. Moreover it explains role of a leader and manager in different situations in
organisation. In addition to it emphasis on different leadership theories that help to evaluate
behaviour of leader in different situations in organisation.

There are various characteristics or quality of a good leader such as futuristic vision,
know how to turn ideas into real worlds success stories, etc. which help an organization to
achieve goals and objective. Some of major characteristics of Google leaders are mention
below:-
