in a perfect way (Nayak, 2015). Therefore, it is necessary for Marks and Spencer as well to adopt
this technology and make their each and every function in a well manner.
Queueing theory: It is the way of mathematical studies of queues and waiting lines in
order to construct appropriate model in order to the exact waiting time and queue length in a
proper way. In context with M&S, sometimes leaders and managers used this theory to evaluate
its overall financial activities and goods and services so that they can deliver entire services on
time.
