the organization. Present report is based on Opito Company, it is an Oil and Gas firm which are

This updates their technology from firm time to time and is famous for their fast services.
Further, organization vision is based on employees’ development and by providing proper
training develops their skills. It also includes the role of leadership and how the cultural
