Leading a business is one of the most complex task and exercise and this is required by
leader to connect with individuals, to understand business landscape and transfer of priorities

highlights on Susan's leadership dilemmas and theories of leadership that discuss importance of

Strength and weaknesses related with leadership style
With understand of organisation roles it is identified that there are different roles
