Leadership is basically a tool which helps to make an organization or a company into a
profitable zone. Leadership finds to accomplish not only the achievements of the business but it
also helps to influence or motivate its workers with their own job happiness and security. It is
essentially a mutual advantage and understanding for both the organization as well as for the
employee. Leadership is a scenario which includes culture of the organization, employee
behavior and a healthy environment within the business itself. Guidance is well defined as the
best who are leading the teams sets the way of working, build a motivation and inspiration for
their team and became successful to achieve their desired targets. There are several theories in a
management like First, theory is trait theory which includes a manager to be elegant, self-
efficacy and even more experienced. Next, is behavioral theory in this theory a manager should
have a strong conduct with a optimistic personality and self-assurance. Next, Contingency theory
in this theory a Leader should be of unique profile as he can manage all the different conditions
with different uniqueness at every stage or level. Last, is the Full choice theory which includes a
manager with minimum four traits like reflection, support, motivation as well as idealize ability.
IMPORTANCE OF LEADERSHIP IN MANAGERIAL CULTURE
Management is very much significant in an executive background as without guidance no
organization can be run properly or even no organization can make its working culture up to the
mark. Leadership creates an ambiance of faith and sympathetic among the best and the
stakeholders of the corporation itself for flat in succession of the organization. Selected managers
play an significant role in determining and creating the society at the workplace. Leaders
reassign their organization with clients, shareholders, employees and the community in which
they need to function. Leadership is important as the work performed by an organization or a
company is not done by an individual but by a particular team or group. Successful leaders are
well ahead because they always support their team or group by assemble managerial assets and
also helps them to achieve their targets and should also take care of their team so that they can
meet the standards of performance. Leaders are always ready to motivate their team members to
make them realize their capabilities and self-confidence. This helps employees to promote their
inspiration and develops a good growth and productivity for the organizations as well as for their
own. No Leadership can be run without a proper guidance of a great leader. A great leader is
well responsible for developing his/her team and also motivates them and showing them their
own capabilities. A well developed understanding between a team and an organization is the half
work done to achieve the desired targets or goals. Apart, from the motivation a leader should also
provide a feedback to his/her team for their great efforts and abilities they used to achieve the
targets. This feedback is really important so that every individual in the team may know the areas
of improvement. (patel, 2017)Leadership is a powerful influence to put into effect the discipline
in the organization or the company. It can impose the rules and regulations in the organization. In
last, privileged encourage group work and their approach towards the work and also extend the

Management is an essential feature particularly in the executive background. Guidance is
a bridge between the employees and the employer or an organization. Leadership is all about the
strengths and weakness of the employees towards the organizational goals and targets. It is a
basic tool to judge the weakness or the strength of a team with a leader for the organizational
profits or loss itself. Leadership is very much essential for an organization or the company
because a team can handle all the hurdles or problems which are in between the profitable
scenario for the organization. Leadership is basically divided into four types to achieve the
desired targets or the profits that are necessary for the organization for the growth. There are
basically four types of the leadership like first is Autocratic leadership in which managers are
making their own decision with no input or restriction from others. They have the occupied
power to take and implement their decisions as they have to take their decisions alone either they
are good or bad for the organization. On the other hand, in Participative management a manager
is accountable for the decision he take but it also include the contribution or perspective of some
important team member as they should also be aware of their view still matter and it gives a
complete motivation to the participated team members. (A, 2008)Next, is transactional
leadership in which there are many jobs or profiles they have to perform according to their
performance in the organization. In Transactional leadership a team member is free to pursue
their thoughts but according to their performance or failures. In Transactional leadership leaders
and rest of the team members mutually planned the objectives together to achieve the desired
targets commonly. The basic purpose is to achieve the targets on high priority basis but with any
of the leadership. (BradenBecker, 2018)
Leadership is an essential tool to shape or design the organization culture by confirming or
ensuring that the selected are the live model to control or motivate additional people present in
the organization. To shape or design any of the traditions in the business cream of the crop must
be good teachers or trainee as well. They must be enabling their squad and other employees to be
well equipped busy in learning and recognizing their own principles and prospects. Leader
should also take care of performance review, compensation analysis and the particular awards for
the performance of their own work. It is the prime responsibility of the leader to convince every
member to follow the culture of the organization and explain him/her the benefits of the growth
of the organization and his own benefits. The employees who are giving their maximum output
in the right direction for the organization are always getting more benefitted than the other
employees who are doing job or performing their duties for their own. Successful leaders are
always taking their team simultaneously with them so that they can achieve their desired targets
in a well equipped manner and time.

desired targets or goals. The next main responsibility of a leader is to take an initial initiative
towards the goal or target so, that he should not be dependable on others for any of the particular
decision or judgment. He should take the decisions without any help of other team member and
his ideas should be original and reflective. A leader should be having a good coordination with
the other team members as he should know and reconcile the interests of other individual
members of the team. He should take the decisions but with keeping in kind others consent of the
team members. Leadership will be in a proper format if the leaders can guide and direct their
group members or team in a proper direction. They can motivate their team members or other
followers for a common purpose of profits in an organization. If a leader is successful to
motivate his/her employees to work together for the growth of the organization as well as of
themselves then, that team will be getting a huge profits apart from the organization in a proper

Leadership in our scenario is basically a team work leading by a leader to take all the
team members and team mates collectively all together. Leadership is a bridge between the
employees and the organization or the company. It is basically a process not a position because
the leadership process is very simple as it consists of a Leader, a team and some of the
executions that has to be done. Leadership is basically a job of a leader who can motivate, satisfy
and even clear out the points of any of the team members if any. It is an accessible unit for any of
an employee. Leader is basically responsible for any of the input or output of an organization.
Leader is equally important for any of the organization to start the business or to run it in a
smooth manner. Leader will be a judge to improve, judge, motivate or to make a correct decision
by its own team members or the employees. Either it is beneficial or in a loss but a leader should
be take care of employees and should able to take a business from each and every team member.
He is fully responsible for the operations or the functions they are performing as a team in an
organization. (Hanson, 2014)In my opinion, Leadership is basically a backbone for any of the
organization as a successful leader is the person who can take his/her team along with him./her
for any of the desired target. A team work is basically called a leadership appraisal. Leaders are
responsible for they as well as they have to motivate their team members to achieve their desired
targets well in advance. Without leadership no organization can be on the path as well as they
