According to me aspiring leaders need to have strong understanding of leadership theories and organizational behaviour. Aspiring leaders is the
strength of company, they will help to solve issues and take appropriate action against any discrimination at workplace. Situational leadership
theory and transformational leadership theory are the two types of leadership theories that refers to role and responsibilities of leaders. I think with
the help of above theories, aspiring leaders can be able to enhance workers performance and productivity and increase business profitability. I
believe that, with the support of implementing situational leadership style in work leader will provide positive and better results, as they analyse
situation, gather information and at last make effective decision which is beneficial for business as well as for workers within organizational

Aspiring leaders need to understand broad range of potential leadership strategies in order to increase
organizational potential in variety of various business context?
According to me, aspiring leaders should have clear understanding about broad range of potential leadership and change management strategies
which help to maximize productivity and productivity of retail and hospitality business. Autocratic leadership is one of the potential leadership
strategies which is beneficial for leader as they should understand in order to maximize retain business as well as profit margin. As per my view,
with the help of better understanding for autocratic leadership, leader can be able to take decision individually without consulting with others. They
reach decision, communicate to high management and then Implement act based on situational analysis. For example, In conflict situation within
organization, leader play essential role, with the help to communication according to me they can solve issues effectively and inspire workers for
increasing their performance than before. Change management is the way of making assure that any change management make in company,
procedure or team is maintained and applied efficiently.
