manager/ leader of River Island and working abilities. For this aspect, it will depicts about the
principles and practices of management behaviour so that every situation could be deal properly.
Along with this, it also reflect about the potential perspective of a manager to deal with various
situation. Although, it will also reflect about managerial skills within a business and service
