The study intends to bring out the idea of implementation of effective leadership in order
to bring positive change with the use of innovation and improvement in an organisation. It is
being argument is made on the leadership as the core element to bring change. Emphasis is given
on leaders that they have the ability to set achievable goals and objectives with development of
the strategies that provide direction to an organisation towards the achievement of the goals.
Leaders can influence the employees through motivation and promote organisation culture that
brings positivity among employees. To improve the performance of employees and implement
change the leaders have to develop a sense of trust among the employees which help to generate
commitment and improve performance. With good leadership skills the leader is able to create
positive culture within an organisation (Haoα and Yazdanifardσ, 2015). An effective leader
encourage learning among the employees. Continuous learning will not only help employees but
also leaders to acquire new skills and develop themselves. Leaders that binds the team together
and encourage team work will improve communication among the employees. Thus, innovative
ideas can be developed that results in the production of outcome which help the organisation to
grow. Leader have the responsibility to provide clear path to the employees according to the set
vision of an organisation and continuous monitoring of the employees provide leaders vital
information to bring change in order to achieve the organisation’s objectives. It is being argued
that management and leadership are two different process and is observed that there is no
suitable process for an organisation. But leadership is an essential element that help in to bring
change within the organisation to survive in the continuous changing business environments.
Relevance of Study
In this present time, globalisation is continuously increasing. International business is
expanding rapidly which brings change in the structure, culture and environment of the
businesses. These change creates challenges for the international organisation to manage and
motivate employees to adapt according to the change. It have been observed that the effective
management is the factor that can help the management of an international organisation to
sustain and implement change within the organisation. With the globalisation exchange of
technologies and business practices increases. Numerous organisations are emerging which
brings competition in the markets which reduce the market share of the existing organisations.

The survival of the organisation depend upon bringing innovation and increase in the
performance which cannot possible without the engagement of the employees (Greatbatch and
Tate, 2018). Effective leaders influence and motivate employees with promoting development of
the employees helps in the increase of the performance of the employees. Effective leaders
monitor and provide direction to the employees to work in order to achieve the organisation’s
objectives. International business management by the implementation of effective leadership
create positive culture within the organisation to create trust which increase the commitment of
the employees toward the organisation and they are easily adapt to the change within an
organisation. This will help international organisation to create sustainability by effective
management of the employees which increase the performance of the organisation.
