Introduction
Fatigue management is very essential aspect to consider in terms of having a healthy and
strong business. The employees may find the work pressure very tiring and there lies a tendency
that their attention might be diverted. This will make the company acquire less productivity.
Fatigue analysis
It is seen that healthy working hours is for only 8 hour and there should be an interval of
24 hours after 10 hours of working in the office but it is seen that the various departments are
over working which is resulting in fatigue. The administrative officers are working for 152 hours
at a stretch with no long or frequent intervals and they are slowly getting demotivated. The
operations managers are made work for14.5 hour’s lunch breaks were taking occasionally and
this over working hours are making the, reluctant in performing their duties or turning up to
office. The human resource manager and marketing manager have been working for 180 and 190
bours respectively with less intervals of break and this is leading to less productivity,
absenteeism and unprofessionalism.

Fatigue management report
Introduction
Fatigue management is very essential aspect to consider in terms of having a healthy and
strong business. The employees may find the work pressure very tiring and there lies a tendency
that their attention might be diverted. This will make the company acquire less productivity.
Fatigue analysis
It is seen that healthy working hours is for only 8 hour and there should be an interval of
24 hours after 10 hours of working in the office but it is seen that the various departments are
over working which is resulting in fatigue. The administrative officers are working for 152 hours
at a stretch with no long or frequent intervals and they are slowly getting demotivated. The
operations managers are made work for14.5 hour’s lunch breaks were taking occasionally and
this over working hours are making the, reluctant in performing their duties or turning up to
office. The human resource manager and marketing manager have been working for 180 and 190
bours respectively with less intervals of break and this is leading to less productivity,
absenteeism and unprofessionalism.

judgements and decision-making. Reflexes and responses gets impaired, dizziness chronic
sleepiness and tiredness.
