There are four ethical leadership styles firstly; coaching this style helps the leader to
supervise the subordinates as well as the supervisors. In this type of leadership style, the leader
guides the employees in the correct manner, which will be productive for the company (Yukl, et

Response to question six
A charismatic leader is the one who know the proper procedures to make the employees
work with being very dominating to their subordinates. They help in implementing the vision of
the company efficiently. The companies fail to retain their employees and customer base for a
longer time because of the unorganized structure of policies and norms within the company.
Lack of proficient leader may also lead to harsh consequences for the company. A charismatic
leader helps in having a proper and detailed vision of the company. The charismatic leader will
understand the exact position of the company and its requirements and will implement the vision
of the company accordingly, which will help them in attaining the organizational goals (Markey
and Townsend, 2013)

success. Few strategies can help the company to gain the verdicts of the employees. Employee
survey is one such way through which the company can understand the perspective of their
employees. This will also help the company to understand the suggestion that the employee have

through which the company can acquire the opinion of their employees, in this the employees
have to fill the form with their opinions and then drop it in the suggestion box later it will be
implemented by the company after analyzing the relevance of the suggestion with the problem.
Leadership team is another method in which the company can make certain teams with one
individual appointed as the leader who can understand the requirements and opinions of the
employees about the organization’s procedures or environment and the leader can vocal the ideas
and concepts to the management (Sonnenstuhl, and Trice, 2018).

principles are no way affecting the sentiments and the moral ground of the employees. The safety
and healthy environment is very much essential for the leader to consider. There should be
sufficient amenities for the employees that can provide them help during emergency; the
company must also have cab services that can help the female employees to reach home safely
(Amah, and Ahiauzu, 2013). The environment must also be very healthy. The hygiene aspect
must be given importance within the premises of the organization. The leaders should also
ensure that the employees are not sexually harassed and if such situations occur strict and
