Leadership is an act of motivating any group of people or employees of the people to
achieve common goals. In organization leader's direct or and make a strategies to meet a needs of
the company. Management plays a important role in an organization it helps to organize planning
directing the resources of any organization so that thythey can achieve goals. This report will
cover the challenges faced in leadership and management. Impotent of leadership and

objectives. There are some skills which makes leadership effective and it is important to leaders
to implement those skills to lead team effectively. Here are some skills which is required for
effective leadership.
Honesty and integrity
One of the important quality of any leadership is an unquestionable integrity without this
quality there is no success in aan effective leadership , in a every field office , organization or
teams this both honesty and integrity are two most important skills required for the good
leadership. If leaders are not honest with their teamteam, then they can notcannot expect from
their team to be hoist with them. Leadership is only successful if the leader is honest with their
team then only the other team member will follow him and they will be honest with the leader. A
successful leaders always honest and integrated with team and they will always support their
team.
Confidence
To be aan effective leader of the team, leader have to be confident enough so they group
members can follow the command given by leader. Group members will not follow leaders if
they are not sure about their own decisions and their directions. As a leader they have to be very
confident and they have showshown the aggregation and gain some swagger so the team
members can respect their leader. They have to be confident but they do not have to be

A good leader is always an inspiration for the other group members because every group
members wants to implant skills like leader and in future they want to take the leader's place.
One of the most difficult job for the lieder leader is to persuade other group members to follow
them. It is only possible if they are inspiring their group members to achieve the group goals then
only they will follow them otherwise not. If leader is handling the situation of the members then
they will follow him. They have to understand the situations of the group members and handle
those situations effectively. It is important for leaders they have to think positive and this
approaches should be visible by the actions of the leaders. They have to stay clam calm in the
pressure and keep them them motivation level up of the group members in this situation. A good
leadership have a qualityies to inspire others by their actions and their effective way to lead the
group of people.
Commitment and passion
It is necessary for leaders to be a passionate. IfF the group members look at to them and
if leader wants to give them their all, then leaders also have to be passionate about it to. If
theythe other team members will see the dirty hands of the leaders then they will also give their
best to do any task. It is helpful for leaders to get respect from their team members and it will
infuse they more energy in the group members. In a result the team members will perform well
in their task and they will give their best to achieve their goals. If members will feel that leader

Leader should be a good communicate and they have communicate their visions to the
group members. They have to make strategies to achieve goals but if they are not good in
communication then the team members will not understand the strategies properly. It will be
very difficult for them to get result from the team member if leader is enableunable to
communicate the message effectively. They can never be a good leader if they can notcannot
