The management needs to perform different duties and responsibilities which can make
the organisation more better in every way. There needs to be a proper structure established while
managing different individuals from multiple backgrounds. The report aims to analyse about
understanding effective duties of human resource manager and how they help the firm in order to
achieve success in the future (Birkenhead, 2021). On the other hand, in this report there will be
brief discussion about different policies which is implemented by the Human resource manger to
provide better structure to the workplace. Along with that, the main focus of this report is to
implement effective leadership strategies which will improve the productivity of the workforce.

skills and knowledge. On the other hand, the management needs to coordinate with the leaders
effectively. They need to help them in every manner. It is beneficial for the organisation they are
able to carry out the operations smoothly. With the help of these both factors the company can
provide better products and services to the consumers in an effective manner. There are different
leadership approaches which can be used. The most prominent is democratic leadership in which
the employees as per their wants. They are free to communicate with the management in case of
any issue. Effective leaders involves the employees in taking different decisions which will help
them to enhance their knowledge and understand the market conditions systematically.

The human resource manager has to regulate different activities effectively. They have
the direct affect on the organisation performance and profitability. The main work responsibility
of the human resource manager is to recruit the best talented candidates for the workplace
(Harney, and Collings, 2021). They need to be suitable for the best working position. Different
responsibilities of human resource manager is described below:
 Recruiting talented candidates – This is one of the most important duty for the Human
resource manager. They needs to hire the candidates which could make the company
achieve its goals and objectives in the market. The candidates needs to be skilled in every
manner. Through, this they are able to improve their overall productivity in the
workplace (Holland, 2018). The HR manager also provide different interactive training
programs to the employees for the overall growth of their skills and capabilities. Being in
the role of human resource manager I have perform multiple duties and responsibilities.
The main focus is to recruit the talented candidates for the firm. I have used multiple
software which could encourage me to perform my duties in a better way. I have
implemented the necessary programs which could help me to focus on achieving different
objectives. I evaluate the skill set and knowledge of the candidates before recruiting them
for the job position.

employees with the help of software and other methods (Leroy, and et.al 2018). There are
different problems which can be solved by the human resource manager of the
employees. I have perform this duty in an effective manner. I use the mew software

make the employees comfortable which has helped me to identify their needs. The system
which I have used in effective. The structure of processing the payroll is simple. The
employees needs to register their attendance on the portal. This portal is totally controlled
by me and I personally check the attendance of the employees to process their salaries.

helps to bring coordination and cooperation among the employees of the organisation so that
goals and objectives are attained on time. It is important for all the individuals to learn from
management so that they are able to carry on the work at right time. The skills that I have learnt
by carrying my responsibilities in the field of management are as follows:
Communication skills: At the time of doing work communication skills are must as they
help to interact with all the members (Riley, 2018). A manager must have effective
communication skills so that they are able to assign the work to the team members and they are
able to carry on the work effectively. I am able to develop communication skill by interacting
with the colleagues, seniors as well as juniors. It is important to have effective communication
skills in order to develop relations with all and develop networks.
Time management skills: Each and every person must have capability to manage the time.
There are a lot of work that an individual has to carry on the assigned work on time. Being a
manager a person has to manage lot of work and projects together. It is important to manage the
overall work. By handling different projects together and forming schedule and distributing the
work, I am able to enhance time management skills. This helps to learn in effective manner and
develop the skill.
Decision making skills: The effective decision making skills is important to take the right
decision in every complex situation. There are various situations that arise at the time of working
in an organisation. There is key role of taking better decision by analysing the overall situation
so that work is carried in right manner. This will help to carry on the operations in effective
manner and managing the work in best possible manner. The use of decision making skills must
be done by each and every individual so that better results are attained.

There is need of managing the work in such a manner that the individuals are able to work

and coordination so that better goals are attained. There are various projects that an individual
has to perform at the time of job. It is required to work effectively and carry on all the work that
is assigned. At the same time, the ability to lead the team is important. This helps to carry on the
work and manage the working effectively. Motivating the team member’s at the time of working

I have developed so many skills by learning management. These skills are necessary for the
