Leadership can be stated as process in which there are certain skills and abilities included
and along with that responsibilities assigning to members of team within workplace. In entire
scenario, Human resource management is the key element who looks out after hiring of

courier services in the UK. This company majorly faces issues while delivering parcels to
customers and reason behind is effective workers. There are certain things which will be

needs of development within an individual will be studied.

Application Blank: In this stage, mainly a designed template is being provided to candidates and
thus they have to write their answer into them along with required details (Goleman, 2010).
Written test: There are high level questions which are related to general knowledge and post for
which they have applied, they need to answer them in effectual manner. There are high chances
of selecting candidates who have high knowledge.
Employment Interview: After passing the written test, personal interview is being conducted in
which manager of the HR department. So here my role comes as I am the manager of HR and I
conduct by using various tools and techniques so as to determine the confidence level along with

Medical Examination: If all the above stages are being passed then the medical examination is
being conducted in order to know that whether the selected candidate is physically and mentally
fit or not.
Appointment Letter: In this kind of stage, final recruitment is being done and thus offer letter in
hard copy is being handed over to the recruited employee. Basically that is an appointment letter
which is given as proof of appointment.
