There is a need of change which is required in work health and safety working according
to culture and leadership so that the performance of the industry can improve. It is very essential
to gain the trust of the customers so that there is going to be a better understanding between the
two which is very essential for the organization for a better future for themselves.
MAIN BODY
There is a lot of labour which is being misused in this industry because they have to get a
good balance in the organization. There are a lot of risks which the company is taking which the
employees are under when they work in this field which is present. The working environment
has to be healthy for the employees to work in so that there is going to be a good functioning and
the customers are going to get the best of services. There are a lot of governmental policies and
laws as well which have to be followed by the work health and safety working so that there is
going to be a good functioning so that there is going to be a balance between the two (Ashina
and et.al., 2019). The culture of the employees have to be respected which is going to make the
employees feel more comfortable in the organization and give in their best. There are a lot of
conditions which are taking place and issues which rise and they have to be solved on time
which is going to impact the brand value. There is a change in the climate as well which will
have to be considered for the employees so that there is going to be a better satisfaction of the
workforce.
There have to be restrictions which are present in the company for the employees and
they have to be monitored as well so that they can give their best in the market. Employees have
to be well motivated from time to time and should be given incentives or other privileges so that
they can make themselves be better functioning in the market (Cornelissen, Van Hoof and De
Jong, 2017). Employees can make the customers have a very good experience and make them
loyal to the organization as well which is important for the sales and profitability of the
organization. There is a target which the company has to achieve them on time so that there is
going to be a good reputation which the organization can gain.

From the above report it can be concluded that there is a need for businesses in the
market to be able to make the changes in the organization with the help of the best leaders which
have to hire. Leaders make a lot of differences in the organization for the changes to not just
