1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The project should be able to implement or adopt corporate social
responsibilities of the business Preston & Co Engineering.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
With the help of analysing collected data succeed of the project is
determined. Further, survey is conducted on 30 managers of the
Preston & Co Engineering organisation.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
I can derive from the project that, all the activities made in
project management plan are completed. Under this, data
collection and analysis both the sections are completed very well
through which effective conclusion is made.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they
tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution
during the project process?
Within the project completion different kinds of the issues and
problems faced which are tackled properly. One issue is that some
activities not completed on time as per the Gantt chart. Further, part of
the data collection also consumes more time.
This issues are resolving by using time management strategies like
daily-to-do list and avoid multitasking process. Further, daily working
hours are also increased.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?

After undertaking this project I learnt about the CSR activities
which are one of the significant part for Preston & Co
Engineering and any other organisation. Along with this, I knew
about MS project software and can operate it properly.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management
consultant leading the project?
As a manageable consultant who lead the project, I will rate my
performance on the basis of quality of the work along with time of
accomplishment. Further, I will give 7.9 rank to my performance
out of 10.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you
identify?
My strength is that I manage the overall work properly and meet
with the deadlines. Therefore, time management skill is one of
the very important attribute in me.
My key weakness is regarding to the data collection where I
cannot convince managers in an appropriate manner for
collecting information. Further, another loophole is about the
decision making attributes and skills.
8. How will this inform and support your continuous professional
development?
In order to develop my professional life, I will implement
feedbacks and suggestions given to me by the project manager.
