I have prepared personal development plan in order to enhance my soft and hard skills so
that I can get reputable position in hospitality and tourism organisation. There are certain areas
in which I lack that need to be improved such as ineffective communication, time management
and ability to work as team. Personal development plan has specified time period in which I will
able to develop new skills and capabilities for getting job as Hospitality manager in Hyatt hotel.
Therefore personal development plan of myself is as follows:
