thoughts and behavioural patterns. Additionally, the two techniques inclusive of managing,
organising and identifying personal behaviour is self-awareness and personality traits.
Personal development plan- The principle of PDP is termed out as document that aids to
undertake self-analysis, personal reflection and aids to appraise strength and weakness. Hence,
