In the present scenario, I am pursuing International Business with minor in Accounting and
my career goals include to become a progressive business woman. My professional goal is to
attain knowledge on the different prospects of becoming an entrepreneur wherein job
responsibility and professional growth are the two major elements which will be effective in
making me a capable business woman. However, before the same, I would be liking to work
in a progressive organization for gaining adequate knowledge on the different aspects for
improving my skills and gain high level of knowledge in managing the effectiveness in order
to perform well in the different tasks which will be assigned to me in the near future. In
addition, I need to attain skills in making myself financially stable as it will be beneficial for
me in making the business profitable.
From the analysis of Big Five Personality Tests, it can be seen that I am highly open minded
wherein I have been able to score 69 which means that I am creative and have the potential in
taking up different challenges in the near future. Moreover, I am emotionally stable which is
highly important for performing efficiently in the different tasks which will be assigned to
me. I can be silent and calm in different stressful events and it provides me with greater sense
of well-being as well. Additionally, I have scored 90 in agreeableness wherein I love
teamwork which can be one of the positive prospects which will be giving me the strength to
work as a team and handle the different situations in a suitable manner.
Moreover, there are two aspects such as extraversion and conscientiousness which needs
proper effectiveness and improvement as I feel that I am moderate in these two aspects.
Firstly, I am emotionally reserved in many situations and I try to keep my opinions to myself
which can prove to be disadvantageous for me to perform effectively. Secondly, as per
conscientiousness is concerned, I feel that there is lack of planning aspect present in me
which can be impacting the overall performance of mine in the future projects which will be
undertaken by me.
