1GALL UP STRENGTHS
The aim of this paper is to discuss the personality strengths of the people through Gall Up
strengths finder. Each persons have their own unique strengths that they utilize in attaining their
personal and professional goals (Rosso & Pennington Weeks, 2018). Through this test I have
found out that the prominent aspects of my personality are Strategic, Arranger, Connectedness,
Analytical and Includer. The test result is not shocking for me because I more or less had the
idea of my strengths but the factor like connected and include were new to me. This was in my
blind spot that made me astonished about my own personality.
Being strategic is one of the most important factors I realize for becoming an effective leaders. I
case fail to detail the resources and available scenario, I will not be able to plan things. It is
mandatory for me to manage the problematic situations. This is why I tend to strategist anystep I
need to make (Royal, Taylor, Baker, Huckel & Flammer, 2018).
Similarly I am an arranger who prefers doing things by aligning the variables and realigning
those when needed. However it is needed that I am flexible with the things I need to cope up as
the situation many need my flexibility then I will be realigning those needed. My faith is strong
enough but I did not realise I feel connectedness with anything or anyone. In the professional
aspect I do feel that connectedness will be helping me to realise the emotions of the subordinates.
Thus I will e motivating them according to the need of the situation. I feel connected with my
family entered and a feeling of respect is also there (Wingerden, Berger & Poell, 2018).
Therefore Connectedness will help me to connect one thing with the other and develop a great
network of people effectively. I am an Analytical person who to some extent is cynic about
things. I have high tendency to take time and think about the factors that may affect the outcome
in the future. Sometimes I feel that I overthink a lot but this may have a positive impact upon my

decision making process. I prefer to deal with data and facts so that no decision of mine get
questioned any way.
I am an Includer as the test has revealed. This makes me effective person to help those to feel
demotivated or left out of the team. This I think is an important factor that make leaders stand
out of the crowd. This is an amalgamation of perfect emotional and professional qualities that
can make one popular in terms of leadership. The subordinates will be motivated and get help
from me in the team works, decision making and problem solving. This particular aspect was not
known to me however, these knowledge will help me in the future decision making. Therefore it
can be concluded that I possess leadership skills more appropriately without much issues. All the
needed skills and capabilities of the leaders in terms of personality.
