me that female political leaders face critical challenges. For example, Julia Gillard provided the
example of an angry political male who can be an injustice. However, it comes to a female to

leadership.
Complex Leadership Issue
Over the past few years, I am working in an Australian organization in which I have experienced
some complex leadership problems. In my working days, I come to understand that poor
leadership could seriously lead to my affected employment ethics. Besides, I have realized that
the leadership problem can harm my retention as well as the de-motivation in which the
organization's less productivity gets exposed. As a result, I had marked out that, at some point,
50% of employees of our organization in their lives left the job because of the manager. In the
current paper, I would share my leadership philosophy, creativity, critical thinking, innovation,
and reflective thinking, respectively.

Considering the aforementioned scenario, I examined the things that were most significant to me
while being a leader. However, I realized leadership as an extended term in which the process
could not be posses, whereby I would generalize the leadership for everybody. Thus, I put a
question to myself what can be the leadership philosophical of this vision. Besides, I was looking

leadership is all about to get the appraised people those keep up the vision of what they are
doing. I think, as a result, it would set up the roadmap and the criteria to succeed. Based on my
organizational leadership issues, I have realized that I went through the process in which I
outlined my manager’s leadership issues. For instance, I have identified some philosophy that is
as follows:
Creating the appropriate working environment
Understanding and listening to your people
Developing your people
Then treat them in a proper way
I am optimistic that these aforementioned philosophies would indeed lead to success as these are
cannot be overemphasized.

innovative people does not exist actually. I have also realized that innovation is the most
appropriate way only that can lead to an accelerating company in accordance with the pace of
change. Considering my manager, I have pointed out a lack of innovating thinking in him.
Besides, I have observed that he was generally disappointed while stimulating his innovation
(Masud Khokhar, 2017). On that note, I have considered the innovation as team support in which
the effort of the individual becomes evaluated. I have realized that my manager required
unleashing my talents along with the harness for producing astounding solutions. In a sense, I
have understood that an effective leader builds some fundamental organizational capacity for
ensuring the innovative schedule of the organization. The factors such as creative abrasion,
original resolution, and creative agility; hence, my manager required to utilize it thoroughly.
The consequence I shared generally focused on the dynamic changes in my manager’s leadership
capacity as well as the workplace environment. It also highlighted the issues regarding adequate
