on the basis of their own learning and experience while completing a course or module. With the
help of it, need for improvement could be analysed which can facilitate the accomplishment of
all the long-term goals and objectives (Bachik and Kitzman, 2020). In present report detailed
analysis will be made on audit of own skills and competencies with the help of analysis tools,
evaluation of own skills, assessment of learning and development training methods for the new
employees with theories. Additionally, reflection on the experience before starting and
completing the course is also covered in this report.
